PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Biosystems Engineering Technology combines engineering principles with biology to solve problems. They ensure that we have the necessities of life which includes:

Safe and plentiful food to eat
Potable water to drink
Healthy environment resources

Biosystems Engineering Technology students learn to integrate the physical properties and growth of plants, animals, microorganisms and environmental interactions into engineering applications using data analysis, testing equipment, and the engineering design process. They are essential for the resolving of the most important challenges of this era.

PLO Description
PLO1    Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, applied biology and engineering technology fundamentals and specialization principles to well-defined applied engineering technology procedures, processes, systems or methodologies in biosystem engineering technology.

PLO3 Perform diagnostic and propose solutions to issues related to biosystem engineering technology.

Malaysian University Examination Test (MUET) : Band 2

AND

A Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or its equivalent, with minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in 3 subjects including Mathematics and one science subject and A Pass in (SPM)or its equivalents and a pass in English

OR

A Pass in Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 in relevant fields from UniKL or from other recognized higher learning institutions by Malaysian Government

OR

Pass in UniKL Foundation in Science and Technology or its equivalents from UniKL or other recognized higher learning institutions by Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 2.0; OR Pass in Matriculation in relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.0

INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
