How does it work?

1) Interested academics are invited to register with MoE on the PPRN website.

2) Companies will describe the technical challenges they face

3) PPRN team will match-make and organise workshops to bring both parties together

4) Successfully formed partnerships are co-funded by MoE with company required to contribute.

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers long-term grants for PhD-candidates for all subjects.

The following two long-term DAAD-scholarship programmes are available:

(a) Research Grants - Doctoral Programmes in Germany
Scholarships for three years research of a PhD-candidate in Germany under the supervision of a German professor. The doctoral title in this case would be awarded by the German university according to its rules and regulations.

(b) Research Grants - Bi-nationally Supervised Doctoral Degrees
Scholarships for a research stay between one and two years at a German university for PhD-research.
