Sila semak dan cetak Slip Daftar MUET (MUET/D) yang akan dimuatnaik di portal MPM pada pertengahan bulan Januari 2017.

Sila hubungi kami sekiranya rekod pelajar tiada dalam semakan tersebut.
Sila rujuk portal MPM dari semasa ke semasa untuk sebarang maklumat terkini berhubung MUET.
Calon juga dikehendaki membaca Arahan dan Panduan Pendaftaran Calon MUET di portal MPM atau pautan terus ke http://portal.mpm.edu.my/web/guest/arahan-dan-panduan-pendaftaran-calon untuk maklumat lanjut.
 
Berkaitan itu juga, mohon semakan data yang telah dihantar ini bagi memastikan semua maklumat calon adalah tepat dan sebarang pindaan nama dan kad pengenalan calon sila maklumkan dengan kadar segera.
Permohonan pindaan maklumat selepas dua minggu MUET/D dikeluarkan akan dikenakan caj sebanyak RM25.00 per calon.

Slip Daftar MUET (MUET/D) Sesi Mac 2017
 
Dengan hormatnya perkara di atas adalah dirujuk.
 
2.     Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa calon-calon yang mendaftar untuk ujian MUET sesi Mac 2017 bagi institusi tuan/puan boleh menyemak dan mencetak slip pendaftaran MUET (MUET/D) di portal MPM   http://www.mpm.edu.my  (atau  http://webmpm1.mpm.edu.my/muet/  )  mulai 13 Januari 2017 (Jumaat).

3.     Calon hendaklah menyemak butiran yang tercatat pada MUET/D seperti nombor Kad Pengenalan, ejaan nama, angka giliran, pusat untuk menduduki ujian, tarikh, dan waktu ujian. Jika terdapat kesilapan, calon dikehendaki mengisi Borang Pindaan Maklumat Calon (MUET/C9) dan menghantarnya kepada Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia (u.p. Setiausaha Bahagian Pengendalian STPM dan MUET) melalui Pengetua sekolah/institusi masing-masing dengan kadar segera. Pembetulan maklumat juga hendaklah dimaklumkan kepada Ketua Pengawas di pusat ujian untuk dicatatkan dalam Buku Rekod Pengawasan. Pembetulan hanya akan dibuat pada Sijil MUET yang akan dikeluarkan kelak. MUET/D yang sedia ada ini adalah sah digunakan untuk menduduki ujian MUET.
 
4.     Permohonan pindaan maklumat yang dibuat selepas dua minggu MUET/D dimuatnaik akan dikenakan caj RM25.00. Pindaan maklumat ini akan dilakukan pada Sijil MUET kelak. Sekiranya permohonan pindaan ini dibuat selepas keputusan MUET diumumkan/Sijil MUET dicetak, calon perlu mengemukakan Borang Permohonan Salinan Sijil MUET/STPM (MPM/S2) berserta bayaran RM40.00 ke MPM serta melengkapkan borang MUET/C9 (tanpa bayaran).
