Kaunseling adalah proses membantu dan membimbing klien. Ia dijalankan secara profesional oleh kaunselor yang terlatih dan berdaftar untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah dan kesulitan terutama isu-isu yang melibatkan peribadi, sosial, atau psikologi. Kerahsian dan kepercayaan adalah menjadi tunjang utama dalam perkhidmatan kaunseling. Kaunselor juga tertakluk kepada etika dan Akta Kaunseling 580.<\/p>\n
