Projek yang bermula pada Julai 2019 ini adalah di bawah Rancangan Harapan Pembangunan Luar Bandar, Kementerian Pembangunan Luar Bandar. Fokus utama program ini adalah untuk memastikan kesejahteraan, keamanan dan keselamatan masyarakat luar bandar daripada pencemaran alam sekitar. Projek ini dijalankan oleh Seksyen Teknologi Kejuruteraan Alam Sekitar MICET dengan kerjasama Pusat Pembangunan Ekonomi Luar Bandar (CRED) UniKL dan Pusat Pendidikan Maju & Lanjutan (ACE) UniKL.<\/p>\n
